You will get compensated up to S$200 if the rider loses or damages your item. We also provide extra insurance at additional cost if you want to have higher coverage protection.

All re-deliveries or return orders will be billed to you. We offer 1st re-delivery for free.
5. What kind of packages can RaRa deliver?
We can deliver any parcel with size up to 150cm x 50 cm x 60 cm and weigh up to 20kg.

We offer immediate (express) delivery, same day deliver & next day delivery with slots available.

Besides delivery services, we offer comprehensive data report and corporate dashboard so you can track every order real-time or use data analysis for further business improvement.
9. Do you offer fulfillment services?
We don’t have in-house fulfillment capability at this moment however we could provide this through our partner whose system is interfaced with ours.
